Restaurant Week is our way of bringing the community together to celebrate local dining, creative chefs, and the restaurants that make our area special. From January 19th –25th, each of our five locations will feature a curated $26 Prix Fixe menu, offering guests an exciting opportunity to explore new flavors, revisit favorites, and experience the unique dining of each restaurant, all at an exceptional value.

Participating locations include  @The Barn, Han Asian Cuisine, La Figata, @ The Rooftop and Table 570 — each offering its own distinct menu and dining experience.

Meet Owner,

James Chen

Chen owns five Connecticut restaurants — @ The Rooftop in Canton, La Figata in Granby, @ The Barn in Granby, Han Asian Cuisine in Granby, and Table 570 in Simsbury. Chen also owns Z Catering serving the Connecticut and southern Massachusetts area.

Chen is known for his prowess with Asian restaurants. His Han Asian cuisine has been a Granby staple for sushi and other Japanese, Chinese and Thai specialties, and in late 2016, he revamped his Simsbury eatery Green Tea to become Table 570, an upscale Asian fusion destination. 

For nearly 10 years, Zen Restaurant Group has successfully brought new dining concepts to the center of Granby: @ The Barn, an elegantly designed contemporary American restaurant and La Figata, with a wood-fired Italian” menu of pizzas, pastas and red-sauce classics. His latest addition in Canton, @ The Rooftop offers New American cuisine with a global twist.
